MOTIVATION

The Matrix-Q Akademia, Multidisciplinary Performing Arts School, is investing in reactivating the "9 Rooms Atelier" a studio designed to explore bodypainting, integrating other artistic forms (like dance, music, storytelling), and therapeutical benefits of body arts and performing arts in general.

YOUR JOB

WIll be to collaborate both as a model, bodypainting artist, facilitator of workshops, and entrepreneur

You need all-round skills as an entrepreneur, including organization, communication, marketing, production, innovation and strategic management

Candidates will receive training (Matrix-Q Akademia, certificates, and innovation licenses)

Next to own arts & business projects, candidates will contribute to other projects of the ecosystem, and services provided to third parties through our innovation lab, consultancy, incubator, clubs, and others.

As well, candidates need to be able to use their entrepreneurial mindset to use the resources of our ecosystem and use opportunities for passive income and diverse complementary project-based compensation opportunities

Some volunteer program for youth, nature, and climate is included as compulsory for a minimum of hours per season (every 81 days)

The Matrix-Q Ecosystem has been gamified, candidates will join a gamified recruiting program will learn-play, impact-play, earn-play, create-play and leisure-play

All members of the Matrix-Q Ecosystem participate in our Holistic Lifestyle Club, to ensure work-life balance for all our members

All projects contribute to the Matrix-Q Fund, dedicated to supporting sustainable development causes

You do not need previous experience, but readiness to learn, and to be business savvy, entrepreneurial mindset and a doer

We host in a gamified digital and international platform both R&D Innovation Lab, Akademia for Entrepreneurs & Leaders, Startups Incubation/acceleration, investors and entrepreneurs club, and causes (Projects for positive impact, SDGs. Climate change, Circular Economy, Youth, Holistic Living, Purpose Driven Performing Arts )

THE PROJECT

As an entrepreneur, facilitator (trainer), artist, and model, you will care for the production, service, and strategic management of a startup. Its incubation, development, and acceleration, to scale up. You will be in charge of coordinating and executing every step of the journey together with a crew and in solo-projects

It is a hybrid job: you will work online, you will also work in nature outdoors, and when necessary in the atelier/workshop.

Training is provided online and at the city of Rhenen, the Netherlands, every month or every three months.

Projects are on-demand (workshops, and services for corporate or private customers)

Production of digital assets and merchandise, games, media arts, and communication materials is continuous

Also rehearsal for performances and workshops

You will also participate and contribute next to your own business project, to other divisions and projects of the ecosystem, by producing content valuable for them, with bodyarts, dance, colour, and sound.

COMPENSATION

Vary according to the project and eligibility reached. You will receive training. Tasks will be assigned to you. According to the result, more complex tasks will be assigned. Compensations rules vary accordingly.

Compensation in the form of training, rewards, and professional experience

Project-based, monetary compensation for project completion

Time-based, per day or hour

A royalty based, after the project enters the market, you earn with the company % fees per user

Earn-play based, we give you challenges and missions, to earn money with them

License-based, you earn with the company together with a % fee of the license given to our customers
