For one of our companies abroad

Your role is to lead the transition of the company into a more successful, and sustainable business.

Enabling the business to create a positive impact on nature, societies, and economies

The actual company is starting a transition process, shifting to a 100% sustainable business.

You will step-by-step collaborate, lead and take over the management of the company, and if eligible, also ownership (equity)

You will start online, from your home location. Later visit the company abroad. To later move into the location to manage it. (Expat agreement and benefits).


The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • CEO (CEO Candidate)
  • Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
  • Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA or experience in management
  • 5+ years' experience in business-related field
  • Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and skills
  • Sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Capacity to transition a company into a sustainable business

We will assign you to one of our Matrix-Q Companies & Partners abroad

How ? we will match your set of skills, knowledge, and capacity, with the needs of one of our companies abroad.


Vary according to project: LatinAmerica, Afrika, Asia, or Europe.


Eligible candidates will receive a stable role as CxO, CEO, and later, if eligible, equity (shares) in the company.

We would keep your profile for other transition opportunities in the future.

You and other candidates will be assigned to specific roles of collaboration in the company

Along the process, you may as well take over a location (development) or contribute in a role to expand its market, manage innovation-driven projects, or entrepreneurship. Or take the over role of CEO

Salary, monthly wages
Project-based, compensation for project completion
